Shipping & Handling Policy
Online retail orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (from notification of funds cleared) and shipped via UPS Ground (primary), Fed Ex Ground, or US Mail directly to you from the primary distribution center in New Richmond, WI.
Backorders: Any backordered items will be shipped immediately upon availability. Fruit Essentials, Inc. will attempt to notify customers of any backorders on the appropriate product page. At times, heavy order volume and / or inventory reconciliation timelines may render a product out of stock without any online notification posted. Should there be more than a 10 business day delay on a backordered item, Fruit Essentials, Inc. will attempt to contact all customers with the status via the contact information provided at the time of order. Backordered items will not be charged until they are ready to ship.
International Considerations: The customer is responsible for any additional charges associated with importation (if they apply) for international shipments. See below for our payment policy for related information.
Automatic E-mail Confirmation

Order Online: We have a fully functional online shopping cart for the convenience of online ordering. Simply visit our product overview page, choose a product and you will be brought to the appropriate web page. Near the bottom of each product page, you'll see a red button that says "Order Online." By selecting this button, you will be brought to the shopping cart to preview your cart contents.
Order by Phone or Fax: If you prefer not to purchase via our secure online payment option, you may call in your order or download our order form to fax to us. Our information is as follows:

Order by Mail: If you would prefer to mail in your order, you can download our order form here. For this method, you m ay pay via check or credit card. We will process your order upon verification of funds. Customers outside of the US: please ensure your funds are in US dollars.

Request Our Products Locally: If you have a local health food store you'd like to help get our products into, Please download and print our product list and bring into them. You may also contact us with the name and contact information for the Manager or Buyer and we'll be happy to contact them.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. eCheck payments may be made using PayPal™ to residents of the US and Canada. Checks or money orders in US Dollars (USD) will be accepted for mailed payments. Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee.
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any unopened product for a full refund (minus shipping & handling charges). We will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping & handling costs (and any other applicable costs such as duties or importation fees) associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of credit or refund. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent (if your e-mail information is available). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the total purchase amount.
If you have questions regarding your return, please contact us. In your message, include your order number and reason for return. We will then reply to your message, and if necessary, provide shipping instructions for returning the item(s).

To receive a refund, submit a written request highlighting your reason and mail it to the address above within 30 days from the receipt of your product. We will refund the full retail amount within 30 days minus shipping & handling or other costs (if applicable, such as duties or importation fees).
